Phase 1 of the community RV park will include 72 RV lots of which 20 will be offered for sale and the remainder will be available for rent by the park along with 36 camp sites. The site will include a clubhouse, a laundry/shower and spa area, community gathering and BBQ area and dog park. Lot owners will be able to be part of the rental pool to generate income when not personally using their lots. TOH will feature affordable maintenance costs and no monthly electric and water bills.
